PPG respects the rights of our employees and we will not interfere with your free choice. However, it is our strong belief that we are all better off without a union.
Employees do not need to pay dues or fees simply to have a voice at work. There are numerous ways to have concerns heard here. We have open lines of communication.
Unions cost money right out of your paycheck. Employees are the ones who pay for the union’s dues, fees, assessments and fines; not PPG.
We are not perfect, but we do not believe a union is a solution. We are listening to your issues, and understand some of you may be frustrated.
